Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Crawfordsville, IN to connect with customers through a consultative sales approach and help them choose the best options from our devices and services. You’ll participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to prospective customers.

With prior retail or customer-facing experience as a plus, you’ll receive tools, training, and coaching to help you achieve and exceed your goals.

• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
