AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Anaheim, CA to connect with customers using a consultative approach and help them choose from AT&T’s latest devices and services. You will drive sales targets and earn commissions while engaging in events, online orders, and outbound outreach to customers in a fast-paced setting.

Expect a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with shifts posted 2 weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsabilités

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
