Winn-Marion Companies is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Bakken Basin region. You will work directly with customers to improve safety, reliability and efficiency of industrial operations by combining engineering knowledge with relationship building.

You’ll evaluate applications, recommend engineered solutions, present new technologies, and help customers improve their operations. This role emphasizes consultative engineering backed by technical expertise and customer collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the Bakken Basin markets (Eastern Montana, Central North Dakota, Western North Dakota).
• Assess Oil & Gas, Industrial Manufacturing, Municipal Water & Wastewater, Mining, Power & Utilities, and Industrial Automation needs.
• Provide engineered solutions and support to improve customer operations.
• Build long-term customer relationships through technical excellence.
