Winn-Marion is seeking a Sales Engineer in a hybrid role spanning Pittsburgh and the tri-state area. You will work directly with customers to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency of industrial operations, combining engineering knowledge with relationship building.

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll evaluate applications, recommend engineered solutions, present new technologies, and help customers optimize their operations.

Responsibilities

• You’ll become a trusted technical advisor to customers in industries including Oil & Gas, Industrial Manufacturing, Municipal Water & Wastewater, Mining, Power & Utilities, Industrial Automation, Electrification & EV Charging.
• You’ll evaluate applications, recommend engineered solutions, present new technologies, and help customers improve their operations.
• This isn't high-pressure sales. It's consultative engineering backed by technical expertise.
