The Good Feet Store is a specialty retail store focused on health, wellness, and quality of life improvement by selling custom Arch Support systems and specialty products tailored to individual needs. At Feet First Partners, our fully trained Certified Arch Support Specialists play an impactful role in assessing client needs, educating on the benefits of proper arch support, and recommending suitable products. Paid training and certification are provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend and graduate a two-week paid certification training. Annual recertification required.
  • Conduct personalized assessments to understand client needs.
  • Provide excellent service, ensuring a memorable experience for clients.
  • Educate clients on benefits and recommend suitable products.
  • Assist with product fitting and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build lasting relationships through follow-up and exceptional service.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Perform inventory management, product prep, and light cleaning tasks.

Requirements

What we’re looking for in a Certified Arch Specialist:

  • A big heart and the ability to close sales.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience preferred, with an empathetic approach.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Confidence and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric, problem-solving mindset, committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends. Store hours are Monday-Saturday, 9 am-6 pm; Sundays 10 am-6 pm.
