University of Michigan Health Sparrow Lansing - Full-time Consultation Liaison and Emergency Department

University of Michigan Health-Sparrow is seeking a full-time, dynamic board-certified Psychiatrist for a Consultation Liaison and Emergency Department position. The organization is committed to improving access to medical care across the Mid-Michigan region.

• Sparrow Behavioral Health offers psychiatry services throughout the hospital, including the emergency department and designated areas to support behavioral health patients.
• The CL providers handle an average of 5-6 consults and follow-up needs daily.
• The CL team includes another board-certified consult liaison psychiatrist and two psychiatric nurse practitioners.
• Additional on-call services are available for the consult liaison team.
• EPIC EMR is used for electronic medical records.
