Description

You're driven, resourceful, and above all else - remarkably smart.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting both secondary (analytical and scientific) and primary (physicians, payers, and patients) market research, creating high-quality project materials and client deliverables (including organizational, portfolio, and asset-specific recommendations), and beginning to develop client relationships and subject matter expertise. You will:

1. Support the overall cross-functional management of projects, both at the client organization and internally at Syneos Health.
2. Demonstrate strong project management skills through proactive management of responsibilities and workload to meet objectives, milestones, and timelines.
3. Navigate the management consulting cycle effectively, including creating project deliverables, quality checking work, reviewing with leadership, and incorporating feedback.
4. Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recommend innovative ideas based on data analysis, personal experience, and industry best practices.
5. Utilize research from various sources such as competitive pipelines, company websites, prescribing information, epidemiology data, and syndicated reports to consolidate complex industry, market, client, and product data into clear and comprehensive insights.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail

Desired Requirements:

• Graduate degree in business or life sciences
• Ability to independently develop relevant client deliverables
• Experience in research and data analysis, including organizing sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking

The annual base salary ranges from $X to $Y, reflecting the company's range for this position. Actual salary depends on qualifications, skills, and proficiency. Some roles may include performance-based bonuses or commissions.
