Role: Consultant / Senior Associate Strategy & Transaction

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with project teams on strategic communication topics, especially M&A, IPOs, and strategic realignments.
2. Support in developing measures for corporate positioning and advising clients on stakeholder relations and media.
3. Build strong business relationships and inspire stakeholders globally.
4. Drive new ideas and innovative communication formats.
5. Create internal and external communication documents.
6. Support client acquisition and development of existing mandates.

Candidate Profile

• University degree with excellent results; field less important than enthusiasm for communication.
• Several years of relevant experience in journalism, communication, consulting, investor relations, or finance.
• Fluent in Dutch and very good in English; international experience preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Good understanding of economics and politics, sound judgment, commitment, and professionalism.
• Excellent people and project management skills; confident stakeholder interaction.
• Basic knowledge of listed companies’ financials and obligations.
