The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Associate, Consultant Relations to join our global distribution team. This individual will be responsible for building and managing relationships with investment consultants, with a view to driving capital formation across our private markets strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the consultant landscape, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for private markets investing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the firm and key investment consulting firms globally.
  • Develop and execute a consultant engagement strategy that drives awareness and advocacy for the firm’s private markets offerings.
  • Work closely with the fundraising, product, and investor relations teams to ensure alignment on consultant messaging and positioning.
  • Educate consultants on firm strategies, performance, investment process, and market views through meetings, conferences, and due diligence sessions.
  • Manage and respond to consultant DDQs, databases, and RFPs in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of consultant activity, intelligence, and influence on mandates via CRM and internal systems.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and consultant conferences.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in institutional asset management, with a focus on consultant relations or institutional sales.
  • Deep understanding of the consultant ecosystem and its influence on institutional allocation decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of private markets (private equity, credit, infrastructure, or real assets).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, self-starter attitude and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
