What you'll do

  • You ensure product quality and process reliability, taking into account the factors of time and cost in the manufacturing industry.
  • You analyze the quality in the company, assess it, and initiate improvement measures if necessary.
  • You are involved in the design and development phase to exclude defects from the outset and keep risks as low as possible.
  • You will drive our customers' suppliers' continuous development program in support of quality, delivery, and cost performance metrics.
  • You will evaluate and approve suppliers' manufacturing process capability on-site to ensure product quality satisfies ongoing production.
  • You will review incoming products to assess quality, conduct assessments, and tests to identify recurring errors or quality standard issues.
  • You will provide technical guidance for process enhancement, overhaul production, and manufacturing elements.

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a similar field.
  • You display advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
  • You are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.
  • You have strong organizational and excellent communication skills, especially when interfacing with customers and their suppliers.
  • You are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast-paced environment; you have a quick perception and high business acumen, motivate others, drive collaboration, and resolve conflicts quickly.
  • You are willing to travel.
  • You are authorized to work in the US.
