Eden Conveyancing Ltd is expanding its team of self‑starter qualified Consultant Property Lawyers. Work flexibly, pick your own hours, and generate 50% or more of your own caseload with 70% of fees for your clients and 45% for Eden-provided clients.

You’ll have access to MyEden, dedicated support, and a proven system to quote your fees and receive prompt payments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ post‑qualified experience in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Ability to own and manage a client caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity work.
• Develop and manage your own caseload with autonomy and flexibility.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through strong service and milestones.
• Leverage digital tools and the firm’s platform to work efficiently.

They will take care of everything from verification checks to signing instruction letters to chasing the memorandum of sale or contract pack, so that you can start working on cases when they’re ready to go.

• Dedicated Cover Team:All our consultants have access to our dedicated cover team of qualified property lawyers who can look after your cases whilst you’re on leave. You can enjoy a week’s holiday and still keep your full commission!

• Expert Finance Support:Our industry leading finance platform and expert finance team will deal with all financial aspects of your transactions.

• Centralised Admin and Post-Completion Team:We have a centralised admin team that will handle legal admin tasks for you, enabling you to focus your time on legal matters and what matters most; your clients.

• Technical Legal Support:Our consultant team leader. will be on hand with expert advice, support with compliance processes or to be a sounding board when you need it.

• Full professional indemnity cover:Our PII will provide you with cover for property transactions up to a value of £3million.

• 5+ years’ post-qualified experience and are qualified in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive

• A passion for client service and an ability to deliver an experience that clients love

• A drive for building your own case load

• Experience and competency and full ownership of the process for sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity work

• Experience of freehold and leasehold property transactions

• Strong affinity for digital technology and working smarter
