ERM is seeking a motivated Environmental Specialist in Washington DC, Boston, MA or Annapolis, MD to join our Sustainable Finance team. In this role, you will support clients in evaluating and managing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities across complex domestic and international projects, with a particular focus on Latin America.
Working alongside leading development finance institutions such as the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and International Finance Corporation (IFC), you will help deliver sustainable outcomes for projects spanning renewable energy, infrastructure, extractive industries, and low‑carbon development. For the Consultant, Project Finance position, the anticipated annual base pay is $84,980–$102,154 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed‑term/flex‑force employees are not bonus eligible).
