Job summary

National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is seeking a coordinator to manage its consultant engagement network, oversee onboarding, invoice management, data analytics, and post-travel support, while locating clinicians and services organizations skilled in survivor advocacy and mental health interventions.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in human services, criminal justice, or psychology or 5 years of related experience.
  • Minimum 2–5 years serving crime victim populations with cultural and emotional sensitivity.
  • Experience with technology and database software; experience with metrics, data collection, reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide, arrange, coordinate, and oversee logistical support for consultant-led projects, including virtual and in-person activities.
  • Support consultant growth through development, review, and editing of presentations, newsletters, materials, and additional communication avenues as needed.
  • Ensure accurate records of consultant onboarding and maintain consistent documentation of the consultant projects and progress for tracking deliverables, activities, and timelines.
  • Maintain ongoing consultant communication and relationship management
  • Utilize organizational project management software to execute onboarding processes (pre-briefings and meetings), standardize operating procedures and guidelines for consultant program and communication tools to deliver a streamlined approach for consultant management.
  • Lead and/or assist with consultant activities and processes from project inception to project completion to include securing travel accommodations when necessary.
  • Document case and consultant activity in relevant database or software in compliance with established procedures.
  • Support invoicing and contract needs for consultant led projects
  • Locate, evaluate, and liaise with mental health providers and organizations for increased NCMEC collaboration
  • Availability during non-normal business hours to accommodate consultants and/or case needs
