Job summary

AC Disaster Consulting seeks a Consultant, Planning to support EM Planning projects including emergency operations plans, continuity of operations plans, program assessments, and exercise development. You will work directly with clients, develop and maintain comprehensive emergency management plans, and help strengthen community resilience.

The role is full-time with remote work option and occasional on-site deployments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting EM planning projects (e.g., EMPs, COOPs, program assessments).
• Ability to develop and maintain emergency planning documents and exercises.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client support for EM planning projects and deliverables.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive emergency management plans to improve safety and resilience.
• Coordinate with Senior Emergency Management Planner II and Planning and Risk Reduction Division.
• Assist with on-site deployments and client-facing activities as needed.
