Consultant - Pharmacovigilance/Safety Systems Implementation (Remote)

Veeva seeks system implementation experts for our Professional Services team to support Vault Safety implementations. We value innovative thinkers with Life Sciences expertise who challenge the status quo with new technology.

As a key team member, you will collaborate with customers and senior consultants to implement Vault Safety, support project delivery, define business processes, and guide clients through the implementation lifecycle.

This is a remote, full-time, permanent role with no specific work location requirement, provided you are near an airport and can meet travel needs.

What You'll Do

• Support life sciences customers in configuring and implementing Vault Safety
• Lead workshops and customer discussions on Vault Development Cloud
• Perform gap analyses, requirements gathering, system configuration, validation, and training
• Translate customer requirements into system solutions
• Provide expertise on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance
• Represent Safety Professional Services across various engagements
• Ensure customer success throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• 3+ years in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related Safety industry
• Experience with GxP software solutions in core business/IT operations
• Strong collaboration skills and customer satisfaction focus
• Ability to quickly understand requirements and develop solutions
• Knowledge of compliance and validation in life sciences
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (currently limited due to COVID)

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes
• Experience with global system implementations
• Experience with Oracle Argus, ARISg, or similar applications
• Degree in life sciences, computer science, or related field
• Experience in service delivery management or systems implementation
• Proximity to major life sciences hubs

Compensation

• Base salary: $80,000 - $200,000, depending on experience and location
• Additional compensation may include bonuses or stock options
