Role Summary:

My client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Consultant in Market Access with approximately 2 years of relevant experience to join their growing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of market access strategies for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will help deliver high-quality insights and solutions that address payer, regulatory, and reimbursement challenges across global markets, with access to unique tech platforms that are revolutionizing the Market Access space and have led to a 400% growth over the last 4 years of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of market access strategies, including value proposition development, pricing, and reimbursement planning.
• Conduct secondary research and primary research to gather market insights.
• Collaborate with other team members, working on and executing innovative projects, working closely with Project Leads.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with client expectations.
• Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations and reports under guidance from senior team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HTA, pricing, and reimbursement landscapes across the US and key markets (e.g., Eu5).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, pharmacy, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a market access, health economics, or consulting role, preferably within a consultancy, pharmaceutical, or biotech company.
• Understanding of payer decision-making, HTA processes, and market access frameworks in key markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with modeling tools or literature databases is a plus.
