What you’ll do:

The Consultant, LBS Absence Management Function Support is responsible for managing Absence Management processes and collaborating with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute subject matter expertise in Absence Management Module.
  2. Triage and manage queue and work with Senior Analyst to ensure ticket resolution.
  3. Manage Absence Management processes and collaborate with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications.
  4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, objectives, and challenges.
  5. Develop test plans to ensure that the software applications meet defined functional requirements.
  6. Develop training and support to end-users on application functionalities.
  7. Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades.
  8. Prepare detailed functional specifications, system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  9. Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integration points.
  10. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  11. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

Education: Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field. Masters Degree (preferred).

Experience:

  1. Experience being part of a shared service organization.
  2. 7+ years of Experience.

Certifications: Oracle Certification (preferred)
