We are seeking suitably qualified Landscape Architects & Landscape Planners with a diverse track record to join the UK Landscape & Urban Design team. We are a passionate and motivated team with offices across the UK. We value integrity, professionalism, creativity, and vision. As part of the UK Environment business, the successful candidate will join a diverse, collaborative team and work alongside colleagues across the UK and abroad.

  • Be an integral part of a vibrant, ambitious, and friendly team.
  • Manage smaller projects independently and support larger project delivery.
  • Prepare technical information for landscape infrastructure, development, and improvement projects, including:
  • Strategic and feasibility/concept studies;
  • Landscape and visual assessment (LVIA) for linear and site-based projects;
  • Townscape and visual assessment (TVIA);
  • Preliminary/sketch and detailed design, including drawings, construction detailing, schedules, and specifications for planning applications;
  • Tender and construction packages, inspections during and post-construction;
  • Support the development of client relationships in public and private sectors;
  • Assist in bid preparations for projects of varying complexity;
  • Delegate project work to junior team members;
  • Engage in client-facing activities, including design advice, workshops, and stakeholder events;
  • Participate in internal multidisciplinary groups promoting innovation and excellence.
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent;
  • Postgraduate diploma or Masters in Landscape Architecture or equivalent;
  • Experience in delivering Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments;
  • Experience in landscape and urban design projects is desirable;
  • Experience managing landscape design during construction is advantageous;
  • Proficiency in Autodesk, Bentley, and Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
