Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to drive quality assurance and standardize audit methodologies across teams. You will develop and implement policies, monitor standards, and partner with leadership on governance and best practices.

The role requires strong communication, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, Legal, and Risk, including experience with AuditBoard.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • At least 6+ years in Internal Audit, Risk, or related experience.
  • Experience being part of audits and strong understanding of audit methodology and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner with audit leaders and stakeholders.
  • Experience developing or improving audit processes, documentation, or frameworks.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; Big 4 experience is a plus.
