Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Consultant III to join the Regional SCPMG analysis and reporting team in Pasadena, CA. You will manage survey data, ensure regulatory alignment, and support Power BI dashboards and ad-hoc analytics for performance improvement.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive initiative, and excellent written and oral communication. You will interact with stakeholders to drive actionable insights and improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
• Masters degree in Business, Public Health, or a directly related field with minimum one (1) year experience acceptable.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, and stakeholder communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships; provide resources and expertise to coworkers and members.
• autonomously apply up-to-date subject matter expertise to generate solutions and follow policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems and communicate progress.
• Develop business requirements and document comprehensive cases for proposed solutions.
• Map current vs future state processes and assess operational impact of requirements.
• Monitor and manage project plans, timelines, and risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare presentations and reports for governance and stakeholders.
• Support vendor management and ensure adherence to SLAs.
