Job summary

Wipfli LLP is seeking a Consultant II to develop and deliver NetSuite optimization solutions for clients, under the guidance of a Senior Consultant or Manager. You will help lead delivery resources, expand technical solutions, and ensure best practices across Wipfli's Oracle NetSuite ecosystem.

The role requires experience with NetSuite, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to time and budget. A flexible, remote-capable work arrangement is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in professional services or 3+ years in industry.
• 2+ years’ experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite financial processes (AP, AR, GL, etc.).
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or non-profit sectors.
• Active pursuit of advanced certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks and projects following NetSuite optimization standards.
• Ensure client work is tracked and managed via case processes.
• Analyze client requirements and recommend NetSuite solutions.
• Lead client sessions for assigned tasks and initiatives.
• Support configuration and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain communication on deliverables and status with Project Manager.
• Mentor Consultant I and assist staff development.

Job Summary

Under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Manager/Director, the Consultant II will develop and provide solutions for clients pursuing operational excellence and technical solutions. Help lead and shape the delivery resources following firm policies and procedures and focus on expanding technical solutions across Wipfli's Oracle NetSuite Optimization ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks and projects in alignment with established Oracle NetSuite optimization delivery standards
• Ensure all client work is properly created, tracked, and maintained through designated case management processes.
• Analyze client business requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and recommend solutions that align with business objectives and NetSuite leading practices.
• Lead working sessions with clients for assigned tasks and initiatives
• Support configuration and user acceptance testing, including test scenarios and documentation when applicable
• Communicates with clients on functional deliverables and work plan status and issues for both client and internal projects to Project Manager.
• Monitors own time and budget on projects and communicates overages and availability in advance.
• Trains and mentors Consultant I’s. Delegates and leverages work to ensure staff development.
• Participates in research and development and foundational efforts to position the team to learn, develop and deliver innovative solutions to the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years’ experience in a professional services firm or 3+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred.
• Preferred experience with NetSuite financial processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, financial reporting, project accounting, revenue recognition, Multi-Book Accounting, Planning & Budgeting, and grant management.
• Experience working in the manufacturing, healthcare or non-profit industries.
• Works towards obtaining additional appropriate advanced certifications.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize of work under pressure, within budget and time deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while quickly responding to unexpected events or changing priorities.
• Ability to work towards client management
• Ability to support sales, marketing and cross selling through events, webinars, whitepapers, and knowledge of other Wipfli Consulting offerings.
• Ability to get involved in projects aligned within industries of Interest and select an Industry of focus.
• Excellent Written, Verbal and Presentation skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio.

The estimated base pay range for this role is $66,000-$89,000 with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
