Consultant - Fleet Service and Operations

We have developed an end-to-end machine learning platform that discovers hidden patterns in complex time series data. Our platform increases connected vehicle data accessibility and actionability for fleets, OEMs, their partners, and their end-customers.

Who You Are

You have a thorough understanding of fleet data and their interaction with service and operations within heavy duty and/or light duty fleets. You are data-fluent and rely on data-driven approaches to decision-making. You are comfortable working with data analysts, field technicians, and business managers. You are curious, energetic, and love new challenges.

About the Role

As a part-time consultant working with our product and data science organizations, you will have the opportunity to contribute your fleet management, fleet service, and fleet operations expertise to help create best-in-class solutions for the most pressing issues for fleets. Your role will be to provide your expertise to the product and data science teams to help them develop context about how fleets operate and leverage analytics. Consultants engage with the product team on an hourly basis at specific junctions of the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

1. Advise product and data science team members on major fleet pain points, common solutions, and opportunities for value creation.
2. Work closely with our product management and data science teams to help them become domain experts in fleet service, operations, and connected vehicle data.
3. Identify and develop ideas for new products and features that leverage connected vehicle data, data science, and software.

About You

1. 7+ years of experience in Data Science within the Fleet Management industry.
2. Intimate knowledge of one or more of the following:

• Data analysis for fleet management.
• Optimization and data models for maintenance use cases.
• Data science teams and their relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, such as OEMs, service, operations, maintenance providers.
• Vehicle repair/replace decisions and policies.
