  2. Utilize Operating standards, data sheets, and guides to provide risk guidance and implement best practices.
  3. Prepare engineering reports and loss expectancies to support risk improvement.
  4. Collaborate with Operations Engineering, Client Services, Account Management, and Underwriting on Boiler & Machinery recommendations.
  5. Work from a home office and manage your time independently with minimal supervision.
  6. This is a field-based role requiring travel to large, complex industrial client sites to evaluate operations and systems, identify risks and hazards. Expected overnight travel is from 75 to 100 nights per year.
  7. Minimum qualifications include:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus on electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering.
    2. At least 5 years of work experience combined with a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
    3. The position is based in Santiago, Chile.

    5. Hands-on exposure and understanding of basic machinery and equipment.
    6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office required.
    7. Analytical, organized, with good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
    8. Results-driven with self-learning capabilities.
    9. Fluent in English (spoken and written); Portuguese skills are a plus.
