Qualifications

• Clinical nutrition assessments are required.
• Documentation using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Completing the MDS - Section K.
• Calculating TF.
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.

Responsibilities
