Role Overview

The Consultant, Client Solutions, TPS role oversees daily operational support for TPS clients. The Total Portfolio Services function offers operational and technology solutions for complex asset allocators globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Billing: Manage invoicing and fee setups, analyze fee data, resolve inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
2. Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Support monthly financial analysis, create reports, investigate variances, and collaborate on financial planning and performance improvements.
3. Vendor & Expense Management: Monitor vendor expenses, analyze variances, and work with procurement on vendor renewals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Operational business practices and efficiency improvements
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of the institutional investment industry and operational processes
• Effective communication and ability to handle sensitive information

• 3+ years’ experience in billing, financial analysis, or project management
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Experience with financial modeling and large data sets
• Degree: B.A. or B.S.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $66,700 - $113,300 USD. Includes comprehensive benefits such as retirement plans, health coverage, paid time off, and discretionary bonuses.
