Base pay range

$135,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Position Overview

The Business Operations Consultant/Project Director is responsible for designing, building, implementing, training, and evaluating customized solutions that improve organizational productivity and revenue. This role involves managing client relationships from opportunity origination to project evaluation, focusing on client financial improvement, relationship management, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, communicate effectively with team members, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of consulting experience with a proven track record of delivering value.
• Ability to travel 100% onsite with clients.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite, financial software, dashboards, CRM, and project management tools.
• Prior experience in business ownership and fiduciary responsibility is preferred.
