Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Consultant, Black Belt to drive operational excellence in our pharmaceutical distribution network. This on-site role collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess performance, develop improvement plans, and lead execution of initiatives.

You will mentor warehouse personnel on best practices for CI, apply Six Sigma/Kaizen methods, and partner with customers and suppliers on improvement projects. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations or continuous improvement preferred.
• Preferred certifications: Six Sigma, Kaizen Leader, OPEX, etc.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
