Job Overview

With over twenty years of experience, we have facilitated over $2 billion in government funding and $100 million in licensing and investments. This role supports project management for life sciences companies focusing on products related to public health and infectious diseases.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide tactical project management support, including meeting minutes, action tracking, and decision documentation.
  2. Contribute to project reports, dashboards, and routine updates on schedule, budget, and risks.
  3. Coordinate activities across functional areas and teams.
  4. Monitor collaborator/vendor contributions to ensure timely and within-budget deliverables.
  5. Manage teams across multiple locations and projects.
  6. Foster teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  7. Balance project scope, quality, timeline, and budget demands.
  8. Support product development meetings and ensure project leaders have necessary information.
  9. Maintain customer service focus with clear communication.
  10. Adhere to quality standards for client deliverables.
Qualifications
  • PhD in a relevant scientific field with 2-5 years’ experience in biologics or vaccine research, especially monoclonal antibody development.
  • Ability to review scientific literature and synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience in discovery to early clinical development.
  • Understanding of product development pathways.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Office).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.

Compensation

Range: $77,000 - $126,000, dependent on experience and location.
