Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an entry-level ROW/real estate support role in the New Jersey region. You will assist in securing land rights, resolving property issues, and balancing project needs with fair treatment of landowners, while supporting safe, compliant project execution.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year ROW experience, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. A valid driver's license is required for field duties.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism
• Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications
