Indiana University Health System is seeking a seasoned accreditation and quality leader to plan, implement, and direct system-wide initiatives. The role advises leaders on accreditation interpretations, coordinates survey readiness, and acts as a liaison with regulatory bodies to drive performance improvements.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in clinical operations or healthcare quality, Indiana licensure, and a CP HQ credential, with a Master’s degree preferred to lead complex projects.
Plans, implements, directs, and facilitates activities that support system wide efforts to be successfully accredited and continuously ready for patients. Consults and advises key stakeholders and leaders on accreditation/regulatory interpretations, educates and facilitates survey preparation activities, manages and audits onside surveys, and serves as a liaison between the organization and its accreditation and regulatory bodies. Analyzes and provides recommendations around performance and continuous quality improvement initiatives that drive organizational outcomes. Drives acceptance by stakeholders and serves as an accreditation matters expert for leaders and team members.
