512Financial LLC is seeking an Accounting Consultant to support diverse clients remotely, applying meticulous accounting skills to maintain accurate financials, analyze budgets, and help businesses make data-driven decisions.

Working under a Senior Consultant, you’ll gain exposure across industries, perform month-end tasks, support audits, and deliver ad hoc analyses while collaborating with a high-performing team to meet tight deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Ability to perform account reconciliations.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) a plus.

As an Accounting Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients across industries, maintaining accurate financials, analyzing budgets, and helping businesses make smart decisions. Working under the guidance of a Senior Consultant, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of accounting functions and industries, all while collaborating with top-tier financial professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Process accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity
• Forecast short-term cash needs
• Enter monthly journal entries
• Support third-party audits and reviews
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights
• Partner with team members and clients to meet and exceed deadlines

What You’ll Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Organizational/analytical skills
• Microsoft Excel familiarity
• Ability to perform account reconciliations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience in various ERPs a plus (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite)
• Software Accounting experience a plus
• Positive attitude and team player
• Ability to multi-task, and prioritize big ticket items
• Confidence, ambition, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and in team environment
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
