Job summary

512Financial is seeking an Accounting Consultant for a fully remote role open to candidates across the United States. You will support client finances, maintain accurate records, analyze budgets, and collaborate with senior staff on a variety of accounting tasks.

You’ll gain exposure to multiple industries, learn under experienced consultants, and contribute to high-growth client engagements while balancing accuracy with efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform account reconciliations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with ERPs such as QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite.
• Software accounting experience a plus.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize big-ticket items.
• Confidence, ambition, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

As an Accounting Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients across industries, maintaining accurate financials, analyzing budgets, and helping businesses make smart decisions. Working under the guidance of a Senior Consultant, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of accounting functions and industries, all while collaborating with top-tier financial professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Process accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail
