FSG's collaborative approach combines rigorous data analysis with facilitation and a passion for impact. We help companies design social impact strategies that strengthen their businesses, and we help funders and nonprofits develop and evaluate strategies that advance their missions. We've worked with clients such as the Dallas Children's Medical Center, Dow, lululemon, the Lumina Foundation, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to create social impact in education, health, economic mobility, community development, and more.

Are you a highly motivated, data-driven, creative problem solver with a passion for social change? Join FSG's consulting team to collaborate with clients across a range of sectors who are working to address complex social problems to produce equitable outcomes at scale.

Consultants are integral members of our consulting team who spend the majority of their time on client projects. This is a generalist position and Consultants will be assigned to projects across FSG's areas of expertise, working with our corporate, foundation, and nonprofit clients. FSG will be offering start dates in the late summer and fall of 2022.
