Baystate Health in Springfield, Massachusetts seeks a Consult-Liaison Psychiatrist for the Department of Psychiatry. This 100% inpatient role is a Monday–Friday day-shift, with a collaborative team of six CL psychiatrists and four APPs, serving adult and geriatric patients in a strong academic setting.
The candidate will join a program with opportunities to teach CL fellows and residents, participate in academic initiatives, and contribute to research.

The ideal candidate will have completed a Consultation-Liaison (C/L) Psychiatry Fellowship. We also welcome experienced psychiatrists with a strong background in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry or meaningful clinical experience in geriatrics, addiction psychiatry, or other related areas of practice.
The compensation range listed below represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are based on assumed full-time commitment for exempt employees. Minimum= $250,000. Maximum= $300,000
