Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline preferred.
• Graduate of CGSC or ILE (MEL 4), Senior NCOES or equivalent.
• 10+ years in instructional development / 3+ years on U.S. Military staff.
• Experience with scenario development and analytical assessments; JELC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and executes MCIS training from squad to corps levels.
• Sets up classrooms, networks systems, and instructs on simulations per POI.
• Ensures 90% course completion and system certification for trainees.
• Adheres to TC 6-0 doctrine and instructs exercise personnel in simulation ops.
• Leads coaching during exercises and sometimes operates simulations.
• Maintains complete, accurate exercise databases on schedule.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
