S.T. Wooten Corporation is seeking a Plant - Yardman to perform general construction tasks at our projects. You will operate power tools, prepare sites, and assist with material handling as part of a team on construction sites in North Carolina.

Flexibility for night and weekend shifts is required, with overtime as needed. This role requires physical endurance and adherence to safety regulations. Preferred candidates hold a high school diploma or GED and can communicate issues clearly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate problems based on project variables.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate jackhammers, drills and other power tools as required.
• Position, join, align, and seal structural components.
• Shovel materials and load/unload building materials.
• Tend machines and pumps to support tools and equipment.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
