We are looking for a hardworking and versatile individual with skills in general construction, painting, and carpentry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and finishing structures, preparing and painting surfaces, and performing detailed carpentry work. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

General Construction:

• Perform a variety of construction tasks such as demolition, site prep, framing, and drywall

• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner

• Load and unload construction materials

• Follow blueprints, plans, and verbal instructions

• Maintain a clean and organized worksite

Painting:

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, patching)

• Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment

• Protect areas not being painted with drop cloths or masking tape

• Ensure smooth and even paint finishes

Carpentry:

• Measure, cut, and install wood, drywall, and other materials

• Construct or repair building frameworks, including walls, floors, and door frames

• Install cabinets, windows, doors, and trim

• Use hand and power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction, painting, and carpentry

• Proficient in using construction and carpentry tools

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding

• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable transportation and punctuality
