Ideal candidates have 2+ years of construction experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, are comfortable outdoors year-round, and hold a valid driver’s license. CDL or operator’s license is a plus, and weekly pay with PTO is offered.

Responsibilities

• Concrete and asphalt patching and repair.
• Light drainage and exterior construction work.
• Raking, grading, and shoveling.
• Material handling and job site support.
• Property inspections and identifying maintenance needs.
• Operating trucks and equipment (training provided).
• Supporting facility maintenance and improvement projects.
• Maintaining tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Snow removal during winter season.
