Vaughn Construction seeks a laborer to perform manual tasks on building sites across Texas. You will handle concrete work, steel placement, form building, and tool operation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include material handling, trenching, site cleanup, and following safety protocols. High school diploma or GED preferred with 6–12 months of construction experience; ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors is essential.

Performs tasks involving physical labor at building construction projects. May operate a variety of hand and power tools. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials.
