Morton Buildings is looking to expand our construction crews and employee owners!

Bonus! Earn an additional $2000 your first year. New crew members receive a $500 bonus every quarter during their first year. Bonuses are subject to all applicable withholding taxes.
Salary ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience. Paid weekly.

Under the guidance of your crew foreman, you will:
- Learn, keep current with, and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures, methods, and standards.
- Read, understand, and build according to construction plans.
- Utilize various tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
- Execute tasks such as digging, installing footings, framing walls and roof structures, installing windows and doors, and applying siding and roofing materials.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members in a safe, organized, and respectful environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in building construction, carpentry, or framing preferred.
- Willingness to participate in and complete training programs.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Availability to work 9-10 hours during peak season.
- Ability to follow directions and produce quality work efficiently.
- Compliance with safety procedures and proper operation of construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts up to 100 pounds.
- Comfort working at heights up to 40 feet.
- This role involves 20% travel, including potential overnight trips up to two weeks.
