Morton Buildings is seeking to expand our construction crews and employee owners!

About Us: Morton Buildings, Inc. is a leader in post-frame construction with over 120 years of experience. We operate more than 10 manufacturing, fabrication, and shipping plants, supporting over 100 construction centers nationwide. Thousands of buildings across America feature the iconic Morton M annually.

Benefits: Earn an additional $2,000 in your first year. New crew members receive a $500 bonus every quarter during their first year, subject to taxes. Salary ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Follow safety and construction procedures, methods, and standards
  • Read and interpret construction plans
  • Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform tasks such as digging, footing installation, framing, and siding installation
  • Collaborate with team members in a respectful, organized, and productive environment
Qualifications:
  • Experience in building construction, carpentry, or framing preferred
  • Willingness to complete training programs
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Availability for 9-10 hour workdays during peak season
  • Ability to follow directions and produce quality work
  • Commitment to safety and proper tool operation
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Comfort working at heights up to 40 feet
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%, possibly overnight for up to two weeks
