Job summary

Clear Plains Construction is hiring a skilled builder to join our team and grow into a crew leader. We build and manage pole barns, post-frame, and PEMB buildings, along with framing, siding, re-sheets, and repair work across the York / Grand Island / Lincoln corridor.

The schedule features four 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday with guaranteed 40 hours and weekends as three-day breaks.

Qualifications

• Shows up, works hard, and takes pride in the job.
• Can run tools and follow direction.
• Bonus: pole barn / post-frame / PEMB experience.
• Bonus: building repair experience (valued).

Job description

We’re hiring a skilled builder to work and grow into a crew leader.

We build and manage pole barns, post-frame, and pre-engineered metal buildings, plus framing, siding, re-sheets, and repair work across the York / Grand Island / Lincoln corridor. If you’ve flown iron, set posts, or hung steel, we want to talk.

THE SCHEDULE

Monday–Thursday. Four 10-hour shifts. Guaranteed 40 hours. Every single weekend is a 3-day weekend.

THE PAY

$19–$27+/hr depending on what you bring. Green but willing to hustle? We’ll train you. Experienced running post-frame or PEMB jobs? You start near the top.
