About the Role

This physically demanding position requires outdoor work, working at heights, and travel as needed. Ideal candidates are hardworking, enjoy outdoor environments, and thrive in a team setting. A drug screen, physical, and criminal background check are required for successful applicants.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Measuring distances, staking, and aligning forms
• Assisting with machinery signals and earth leveling
• Mixing concrete and working with pipe sections
• Setting up scaffolding and shoring
• Cleaning, sealing, and polishing surfaces
• Demolishing, dismantling, and installing materials
• Collaborating with team members on various tasks

Must be able to work independently once given instructions, follow all safety protocols, and work well with others. Physical demands include lifting up to 70 pounds occasionally and 40-50 pounds frequently, along with climbing, stooping, and handling materials.
