Job description Summary: Works on construction projects, usually in utility capacity, performing various tasks with varied experience and independence. Essential duties include measuring distances, driving stakes, aligning forms, signaling equipment operators, leveling, mixing and finishing concrete, erecting scaffolding, applying protective coatings, grinding surfaces, demolishing structures, assisting in concrete and masonry work, and supporting various construction activities. Must learn to operate equipment, interpret instructions, and perform basic carpentry, steel, and finishing tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and OSHA 10-hour certification.
• Willingness to travel, work overtime, and in various trades as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, work in outdoor environments, and follow safety procedures.

Skills:

• Physical stamina, teamwork, problem solving, and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and safety standards.
