Job summary

Witch Enterprises is seeking full-time Concrete Cutting Laborers to join our Agawam, MA crew. You will help set up, operate, and maintain concrete saws, core drills, and related equipment on active job sites. Training may be provided for entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic.

We require 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, ability to pass a drug screen, and the willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification if not already held. Competitive pay and overtime opportunities are offered.

Role Description

We are looking for full-time, reliable, hard-working Concrete Cutting Laborers to join our busy construction crew. You will help set up, operate, and maintain concrete saws, core drills, and other construction equipment on active job sites. Experience is great, but we are willing to train the right entry-level candidate with a strong work ethic, valid drivers license, and ability to pass a drug screen.

Key Responsibilities

• Help operators set up and run slab saws, wall saws, and hand saws, core drills, etc.
• Load, unload, and transport heavy tools and equipment.
• Clean and clear work areas, shovel debris, and manage slurry/water control.
• Wear all safety gear and follow strict OSHA guidelines on site.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 to 100 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop or job site.
• Construction or general labor background is a plus.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred (or willingness to get it).
• Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week with regular overtime opportunities
