Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and CRM-driven outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with home builders, contractors, and remodelers in the territory.
• Qualify customer needs and recommend window and door solutions based on project requirements.
• Present product offerings, features, and value propositions to prospects and existing customers.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with timely and accurate information.
• Manage onboarding and initial order processes, collecting and documenting necessary information.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and support staff to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Track and manage customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity in the CRM.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by meeting product quality, delivery timelines, and service expectations.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to support repeat business and long-term growth.
• Meet or exceed sales and profitability goals, and support marketing initiatives as needed.
• Attend frequent in-person meetings with customers at job sites, offices, or showrooms.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall sales efforts.
