Roberts JSS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Construction Window Cleaner to join our on-site cleaning crews on active multifamily and commercial job sites throughout the Valley. You will perform interior and exterior window cleaning up to 3 stories, remove construction residue, and ensure a streak-free finish while maintaining safety protocols on tall sites.

Reliable transportation and punctual, detail-oriented teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior window cleaning experience required.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 3 stories using ladders or lifts.
• Own basic window cleaning tools/equipment preferred.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior window cleaning on construction sites, up to 3 stories high.
• Clean glass doors, windows, tracks, and frames to a streak-free finish.
• Remove minor paint, spackle, and construction residue from glass surfaces.
• Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment to access upper-level windows.
• Coordinate with site supervisors on cleaning sequence and schedule.
• Follow all safety protocols, including fall protection when working at height.
