We are seeking experienced Window Cleaning Technicians to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment‑based scheduling. Work is assigned based on property needs, turnovers, and service requests, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior windows for residential and light commercial properties.
• Remove dirt, buildup, and streaks to deliver a clear, professional finish.
• Clean window frames, tracks, and screens as needed.
• Prepare properties for showings, tenants, or real estate listings.
• Follow safety protocols when working at heights or using ladders.
• Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Prior window cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial preferred).
• Must have your own equipment (squeegees, extension poles, ladders, cleaning solutions, etc.).
• Ability to safely clean interior and exterior windows, including multi‑story properties.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and streak‑free finishing standards.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
