Job summary

Kurita America in Phoenix seeks a reliable Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and material management for construction projects. You will manage inventory, ensure traceability, and coordinate with site staff, subcontractors, vendors, and the office to keep material movement timely and accurate.

This role emphasizes improving inventory control, storage efficiency, and logistics processes, with on-the-job training for project-specific procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email, and inventory management tools).
• Good communication skills with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and shipment of materials.
• Coordinate and support transportation of materials between KAI warehouses, suppliers, and project sites.
• Operate company vehicles and support material deliveries between warehouses and project sites.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain warehouse records, inventory data, and material tracking documentation.
• Support material planning and coordination with Site Managers, Supervisors, and Procurement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure material traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics activities, including freight forwarder, vendor, and carrier communications.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on shipment status and potential delays.
