AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a dependable Warehouse Operations Lead for a growing Poway-area construction company. The role supports daily installation and service activity, coordinating materials and preparing parts to keep jobs on schedule.

This temp-to-hire position rewards hands-on organization and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will load and stage materials each morning, manage inventory of doors, parts, and tools, and assist field teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Relevant warehouse, inventory, or operations experience.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving manual transmission.
• Able to safely lift and move up to 100 lbs; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and prepare parts and materials for installation projects.
• Load materials for installers and service technicians each morning to support timely job starts.
• Receive, unload, organize, and inventory incoming doors, parts, tools, and warehouse materials.
• Coordinate materials for custom projects while maintaining accuracy and readiness.
• Keep the warehouse, tool inventory, and workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Use company vehicles to pick up and deliver job materials and support field teams.
